PR is 3:37:33 at Chicago in 2002; ran Boston in 2003 at 3:38:27. Since then, I've finished (strong) at a couple of triathlons and so-so at a few other marathons (Twin Cities in 2006 at 3:59:04).
Short-Term Running Goals:
My goal is to qualify for Boston at Chicago this fall (2009) and then run Boston in the spring (2010).

Stay healthy and in shape.
